Our Families are Awesome! We have 100% compliance for this new law-THANK YOU!!! Attention Parents-"New Super-mandate for California Schools" Grades 7-12 If your student has not turned in a copy of his/her pertussis booster (Tdap) to the office, please do it now! Students who have not completed this paperwork will be excluded from school starting October 3, 2011. The new law regarding pertussis will effect all students entering grades 7 to 12 in the fall. Be smart and get your booster now. The Health Department has advised schools that there will be no grace period when school starts for the 2011-2012 school year. Students without a pertussis booster will be excluded from school beginning with the first day of class.
