Menu in Spanish:
The vocabulary to be used is only the one given during class. Students do 
not need to add other words or look a Spanish dictionary to do this project.
Students need to create three different dishes for each topic:
•	Ensaladas (salads)
•	Carnes (meats)
•	Mariscos (sea food)
•	Postres (desserts)
•	Bebidas (drinks)
In addition, students must combining two or three ingredients from our 
vocabulary list to make each dish. All the vocabulary is written in the 
students’ Spanish journal.
There are three new words I added to help students complete this assignment:
•	Y means and (example: lechuga y tomates)
•	Con means with (example: pollo con arroz)
•	De means of ( example; helado de chocolate, tarta de _____, pastel 
de _______)
