Quizzes & Tests =50%

Classroom Policies and Procedures
All policies in the Middle School Handbook will be enforced!

*Important: Students who are absent are responsible for the class work missed each class.  I will not
come to you and tell you what work you missed while away from class.  Students must find out what
work was assigned (from a classmate, snapgrade etc.) and successfully complete that work within the
allotted time frame.  You will have 1 day for each class that you have an absence to complete all
make-up class and/or homework assignments.  All make-up work is to be turned in at the beginning
of class on the day it is due.

Use the Available Resources
www.snapgrades.net
Students’ grades are usually updated weekly with classwork scores.  Tests, quizzes, and projects can
be expected online after they are assessed.  I encourage you to monitor your grades frequently.  To
do this, access the LACS Website at www.lacs.com.
From this site, you can select my teacher website and you will find a link to snapgrades.net. You will
need your snapgrades password to access your grades.
My teacher website includes the class syllabus and weekly homework assignments.
