Eagle Essentials

A hard cover, loose-leaf, 3-ring binder. Rings must be at least 2 inches (Peechie folders are not appropriate) • Dividers with at least 8 tabs • At least two pencils, two blue, black, and red ink pens • An eraser • Highlighters (multiple colors: yellow, orange, pink, green) • Colored pencils • Ruler (w/metric and standard measurements) • Notebook paper • A sturdy book bag or backpack Please Note: white out, permanent makers (including Sharpies), and laser pens are not to be brought to school.
 

Dress Code

In order to assist you, the following is a general list of inappropriate items for students to wear to school (the complete list is found in the student planner): • Revealing attire: • Tank tops, crop tops, tub tops, halter-tops, bathing suits, or sports bras are unacceptable. • Torso/midriff must not be exposed; • See-through or fish-net fabrics, halter tops, off-the- shoulder or low-cut tops; • All shorts must be no longer than the bottom of the knee or no shorter than mid-thigh. Dress or skirt length must cover mid-thigh; • Undergarments, pajamas, and swimwear must not be exposed or worn as outerwear; • Hats, caps, or other headgear (exception: Mesa View hat with a brim); • Excessively baggy clothing; • Clothing and jewelry with inappropriate designs or messages (drugs, alcohol, tobacco, sex, vulgar pictures, violent messages, taggers, etc.); • Backless shoes or sandals, flip flops, or slippers; • Clothing related to a group/gang which may provoke or intimidate others (including, but not limited to gloves, bandanas, initial belt buckles).
