On the schedule

February 8,
This week, we will begin writing an historical fiction set in ancient Egypt. Typed up rough drafts are due Wednesday (they do not need to be finished, but well into the middle of the story) for a peer conference session. Final drafts are due Friday.

Finish your historical fiction books by February 12th.

Students will be introduced to the people of Egypt this week through skits, movies, and historical fiction.
Have a wonderful mid-winter break.
