Parent Connect is back in service.

NEW ADDRESS!  Please note that you will have to access Parent Connect by typing https://parentconnect.cupertino.k12.ca.us/ directly into your Internet browser, then click the Log-in button on the ParentCONNECTxp screen.  Because of security reasons, you cannot directly access this through the Miller Mustang website; you must access ParentCONNECT through your own computer.

IMPORTANT:  ALL NEW STUDENTS – PLEASE SIGN UP FOR PARENT CONNECT

ParentCONNECTxp is a user-friendly, web-based program that will allow parents to view information about their student in a secure web environment. Parents can view pertinent information regarding their student’s attendance, grades, and academic history. All that is needed is access to a computer with an Internet connection.

NOTE:  ALL New Students!! Parents may register online with ParentConnect after August 25, 2007.  Then, come into the office anytime after Sept 11 to obtain your password. Please bring your printout. 

Register Only Once: Student information can be viewed for each of your children who attend a school in the Cupertino Union School District. Each household is issued only one User ID and Password. Come in to school to add additional children.

To Change Your Password: Click the Settings button on any ParentCONNECTxp web page. Type your new password and click the Apply button at the bottom to save the changed password.

To Change Your E-mail Address: Select the Settings button and enter your new E-mail address. Click the Apply button at the bottom to save your changed E-mail address.

To Stay Advised of Your Child’s Attendance: Select the Settings button; check the Alert Notification items you would like to receive. Make sure your current E-mail address is in the ‘Primary E-mail Address’ box, then click the Apply button.

To Print a Screen: Go to the File menu and select Print. When the print dialog box opens, click OK.

REGISTRATION PROCESS 

To access  the ParentCONNECTxp web page, type http://parentconnect.cupertino.k12.ca.us directly into your Internet browser, then click the Log-in button on the ParentCONNECTxp screen.  Because of security reasons, you cannot directly access this through the Miller Mustang website; you must access ParentCONNECT through your own computer. 

Click the Register button and complete all registration information.

When complete, click the Submit button.

Go to your student’s school to complete the registration process and to receive your  User ID and Password after Sept. 11th, 2007.

After submitting your registration over the Internet, you may obtain your User ID and Password from the ParentCONNECTxp administrator at your student’s school.  Please allow 24 hours after receiving your User ID and Password for the computer to process your information. (See the ‘Registration Process’ section on the back page.)

Using your Internet browser, type in the following website address: http://parentconnect.cupertino.k12.ca.us  then click the Login button on the ParentCONNECTxp screen.

Enter your User ID and Password in the boxes below, then click the Login button to proceed.

VIEWING PARENTCONNECTXP SCREENS

Click a Pencil icon for the topic you want to see.

For help using the website, click the Help button.

Student Info:  Displays current student information. Click the Profile button for any current assignments due and course grade. Click the General button for student information.

Grades - Displays the last report card.  Click the arrows on either side of the Marking Period title bar to view grades in previous marking periods.

Attendance -  Displays the current month’s calendar. Icons at the bottom will display in a particular date if an absence or tardy has occurred.  Click on the absence or tardy icon to see detailed information. Call your student’s school to clear any unverified absences.
