INCOMING STUDENT MATH PLACEMENT TEST will take place on February 23rd at 3:30
pm in Burrill Hall (on Millikan campus). If you cannot attend this date,
there will be another test given in May. Please have your applications return
to the Science Academy ASAP as we will begin to review them after the
February 23rd test.

SCIENCE ACADEMY FIELD TRIP COMING UP!!
On December 2, 2011, we will be taking ALL of the Science Academy students to
the California Science Center on a field trip. Make sure you bring $5 for the
IMAX movie ("Flying Monsters 3D") and either your lunch or money to buy lunch
with you!!
RESTAURANT FUNDRAISER!
On November 15th, we will be having a fundraiser at El Torito restaurant at
14433 1/2 Ventura Blvd. Take your family out to lunch or dinner that night and
25% of your check will go to the Science Academy. Make sure you write
"Millikan Science Academy" on your check AND take your yellow flyer with you!!

NEW FUNDRAISER!!
October 28th we will be having a Halloween Costume Film Night featuring "Young
Frankenstein" in Burrill Hall. Tickets are $3 in advance and $5 at the door,
and there will be pizza, snacks and drinks available. See you there!!
