Learning Support Specialist
I have been teaching for 30+ years and have been living in San Juan
Capistrano for 29 years. I have 2 sons (Zach, 29 years old, and Jake, 19
years old) and a yellow Labrador Retriever (Lucy). I am passionate about
kids, living life to the fullest, education, and my family.
My favorite things are (in no particular order): the beach, my kids & dog,
chocolate, sitting by a fire on a cold day or night, walking, exercising,
learning, traveling, reading a great book, the color blue, being comfortable,
exploring new places, antiques & antiquing, drawing & painting, cooking,
talking to friends, laughing and enjoying, a lively discussion, music (just
about anything but country), going to the movies or live plays, watching &
being around kids - listening to them laugh, being entertained, hiking,
skiing, and entertaining.
My goals, hopes and wishes are that all my students learn and find the joy
in learning....I hope they feel comfortable enough to ask questions and make
mistakes. Education can't exist without mistakes and questions.
