I want to share with you all my policy for corrections in case a low score is
received. Below I have explained my criteria for any test or quiz
corrections that need to be made. Please note that I will hold
fast to the following criteria, so if your student needs to make corrections,
he/she will need follow the criteria below. Also, I will accept corrections
on any homework assignments that are below a 70% (C-) as well, but they will
need to be corrected and submitted in a timely manner. I generally do not
hand quizzes or tests back until everyone has taken them, but once returned,
any corrections are due the next school day or they will not be accepted.

If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know.
Thanks

Test/Quiz Corrections:
•	Students receiving less than 70% on any test/quiz may do corrections.
•	Test/quiz corrections will be due the next school day (following
the
return of the test/quiz) or they will not be accepted.
•	Both the answer and where the answer was found must be written on a
separate sheet of paper or no credit (i.e. - #3) a – ch. 2 sec. 3 notes or p.
142).
•	½ point will be given for each corrected answer.
Students can receive no higher than a 70% on test corrections.

If you ever need to contact me, my information is listed below. Email is the
best way to contact me, but I will be regularly checking my voicemail as well.
Thanks
