Homework is as follows:
Periods: 1 and 5:
Spelling Unit 12, due on Thursday, test to follow.
Latin Unit 6 due Thursday, test to follow. Latin Units are given on a 2
week rotation, students should practice several times per week.
Periods: 4 and 6
Students will be reading a short story (horror). "The Tell-Tale Heart"
Selection Support pages, due on Thursday. The Concept Map will be due
on Friday. Essay test is also on Friday.
Students must have their Classic reading book this week, reading logs
are due every two weeks. Sixth check this Friday, chapter summaries are due
on the back of the page.
Journals are required: students will write a min. of 150-200 words every
school night. Students can write ahead or combine writing. These are checked
every 2 weeks, 19 writes are due this Friday.
Grammar book reviews are taught during the week. This week we are working on
advers and adverb clauses.
