We have finished the unit on India and started a new unit on the Ancient
Israelites today. This is standard 6.3
Students will be reading and discussing chapter 3 section 1 this week.
Homework for the week:
1. India notebook cover due on Friday. Will go over details on Tuesday.
2. 12 Tribes worksheet due Friday. Students will get this on Tuesday.
3. Study guide #3-1 should be finished by Friday. This will be classwork/
homework.
In Literature, students are continuing to enjoy the core novel, "The Lion
Witch and the Wardrobe". Students are working on chapter 10-13 this week.
Homework for the week:
1. Monday - finish reading chapter 10
2. Read chapter 11 in LWW Tuesday night.
3. SS packet for ch. 10-12 will be classwork/homework. Students should
be finished by Friday.
4. Banner project will be explained on Tuesday and will be due on Tuesday
the 8th.
5. ABC project has been explained and written directions will be handed
out on Tuesday. This will be due on Thursday the 17th.
Students need to choose a historical fiction book for the next book report.
Remember these assignments are not written in stone, they are subject to
change according to how much we get accomplished each day.
