 About AR: Our 1st grade goal is 7.5 for the 4th quarter. I have AR reading 
coupons. Each time a student has read 5 books and passed their test he/she 
will choose something from our treasure chest. He/she will be recognized at 
the next assembly and will get a Choice Award. Your child will be able to 
check out books from our classroom library. They make check out a book for 1 
week unless I get a note from a parent letting me know you need more time. 
Your child does not need to read the book you may read it to them. I will 
help them read the questions at school.  Go For Good Behavior Reports need to 
be returned the following Monday signed by a parent. 
  Monday is our 1st grade assembly please have your child wear their red or 
white school shirt. Please be on time. Thank you to Preston's family for the 
great things for our Treasure Chest. Please make sure your child is 
practicing for our play at home. Friday is Mass have your child wear 
their sweaters. Friday is also Fabulous Friday Hot Dog Day! Saturday our last 
book order is due online. Have a fabulous week!
