Shortages Schmortages

Members of this organization are well versed on the public's perception 
of water shortages.  Your job is to familiarize yourself with what factors 
impact the availablity of water.  Be sure to find out what the sources of 
water are and how much is really available.    What environmental 
conditions affect the water supply.  Create a list of the key positive and 
negative factors.   Share your findings with your legislation proposal 
team.
