It is hard to believe that one half of our last trimester together is almost
over. All of you are working very hard to end the year with stellar grades
and lots of points so that we can have a wonderful time with all the sixth
grade activities that we have planned. It has been a great year so far and I
cannot think of a better bunch of friends to end my teaching career working
with. OOOO, it is with a strange mixture of excitement and sadness that I
think of June!!!
As we face the end of your elementary school career, let's look at our study
habits and organizational skills.... for you will need to use them every day
of your junior high school and then adult lives.
Examine, too, your relationships with others. Are you patient and kind even
with fellow students who are not your best frienda??? Do you say only nice
things about others and ignore rumors and gossip? Do you treat others in the
same way you would like them to treat you??? I hope that all of you will
keep working on being the best people you can possibly be, for the world will
soon be in your hands. You are growing up into great people and I am happy
to know each of you!
