What should my student do if they are absent?

There are a couple of procedures in place for a student to find their absent
work. The first thing they should do is to ask a reliable classmate for the
notes that they missed, then should go to THE CLASSROOM ASSIGNMENT SHEET to
see what assignments they missed then pick up any handouts or
they can check the website for the missing assignment. Student are held
responsible for getting their work and turning it in on time, 1 day per each
day of an excused absence. I WILL NOT REMIND THEM TO GET THE WORK OR TURN
IT IN!

a. NEVER. There will be one extra credit assignment per grading period that
is meant to challenge and enhance the learning process. Study cards will also

and tests. PLEASE SEE THE EXTRA CREDIT PAGE FOR INFO. These will be the ONLY
extra credit assignments
offered in 8th grade U.S History.
