A Message from the Superintendent

Dear Parents:

Welcome to the Oro Grande School District Home Web Page. The Oro Grande School District is proud to provide a complete array of educational services to the citizens of Oro Grande and the High Desert. In addition to our high quality elementary school, Oro Grande Elementary School, our District sponsors three charter schools. Sedona Charter Academy and Mojave River Academy provide alternative educational services through Independent Study to students who are not experiencing success in the regular school environment. Riverside Preparatory School offers a high-quality college preparatory curriculum for students in a seat-time setting in Oro Grande. Students in this program experience a longer day (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) and particpate in band, sports, art, piano, and other educational activities that contribute to a well-rounded educational experience.
   
WINTER FESTIVAL



The annual Winter Band, Choir, and Singing Festival will be held December 16 & 17 this year from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Dress Warmly as this year's festival will be held outdoors.
