About The Teacher
I attended Arroyo High School in El Monte and then spent two years at Citrus College before graduating from California State University, Fullerton. I studied five years at St. John's Seminary in Camarillo. My teaching career began in 1991 at St. Paul High School in Santa Fe Springs. I started out teaching algebra and later was primarily an English, religion, and Spanish teacher. I also coached cross country, girls soccer, and track. I taught at Damien High School before coming to Our Lady of Lourdes School in 1999. Notes about my family: My grandfather is considered one of the founders of the city of Tijuana,BC,Mex My father-in-law played for Chivas de Guadalajara, a famous soccer team. My wife's great grandfather is renowned for his potter at the Mission San Juan Capistrano
