Scores are in! I had figured 80% pass rate, and we were close: 50 students and 78% passed (well above national). And the majority received 4s and 5s. Good job. There were a few surprises. I would have liked to have seen a couple more 5s (but I think that passage for the argument, Paine, did a number on a few of you...that was tough nationwide...lots of complaints about ability to address that particular prompt, but we had to be ready for anything.) Anyway, remember our song. We wanted the 5 but would settle for the 3 (many colleges/universities accept it). 5s = 1 (Congrats)4s= 14 (Mr. Ellison always said that a 4 is a 5 on a bad test day)3s= 24 (You DID it)2s= 10 (You were on the fence...could have missed cut off by one point...never will know....but did you learn something this year?)
