April is here, and with it comes an exciting time in First Grade. Students are now reading and writing with more ease and fluency. We are adding and subtracting and recognizing patterns in Math. We are becoming more confident in our abilities.
This month we will be wrapping up our study of folktales and fairy tales and continuing to learn more about Life Cycles. We have been watching our caterpillars grow fatter and longer. Most of us have bean plants sprouting up, and we are looking forward to hatching chicken eggs soon.
