The grading system on daily work is as follows:
 

Grade   

Definition      
O=Outstanding Exceptional work which exceeds the standard expectation
S=Satisfactory    Satisfactory work which meets the standard expectation.
N=Needs Improvement Work which needs improvement to meet expectation.
U=Unacceptable Work that is far below expectation.
