ABSENCES
It is critical that following an absence every child returns to school with
a note of explanation. If medical appointments must be made during the
school day, please try to schedule them during the non-instructional times
of recess and lunch. Please see "Pick-ups During School Hours" for more
information.
PICK-UPS DURING SCHOOL HOURS
If you need to pick up your child during the school day, please follow the
following procedure:
Plan on picking up your child at a time other than lunch or recess. Lunch
and recess times are as follows:
Kindergarten Recess: 9:50 – 10:10
Kindergarten Lunch: 11:30 – 12:15
Grades 1 and 2 Recess: 10:15 – 10:35
Grades 1 and 2 Lunch: 12:20 – 1:00
Grades 3, 4 and 5 Recess: 9:50 – 10:10
Grades 3, 4, and 5 Lunch: 11:50 – 12:30
Send a note in to your child's teacher in the morning.
When you arrive at school to pick up your child, go to the school office
and ask to have your child brought to you.
