Student, Staff, and Parent Responsibilities

STUDENT BEHAVIOR CODE

At the beginning of each school year each student receives a special
bulletin outlining Pomelo's "Code of Conduct".  All parents and students
are required to sign agreeing that this school code will be followed.

It is the conviction of the Pomelo staff that an important part of a child's
growth depends on developing self-discipline and understanding that
school rules, adopted for the benefit of the majority, are to be recognized
and obeyed by all. It is further our belief that this kind of discipline is a
forerunner of an adult's responsibility to recognize and that local
ordinances and state and federal laws.

Pomelo Students will do their very best on each classroom and homework
assignment and return completed homework assignments on time.

Pomelo Students will arrive at the beginning of the school day on time
and go directly to the yard, and when the bell rings at 8:10 AM, line up
