We have started our last novel for the year, Charlotte's Web. The students
are working on creative writing and division with remainders and long division.
Please work on long division . It will come easier when each student
knows their multiplication facts by heart.
Please help your children memorize the multiplication facts. One way is
using flash cards or rolling die. I would like each student to have a set of
flash cards available in the classroom.
Remember every Monday is AR quiz day for those students who want to take a
quiz on a chapter book. They need to either bring the book or write down the
title.
Many times the student can not remember the title so they do not get to take a
quiz. They can always take a quiz during their recess.
