| HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS
Homework will be sent home Monday through Thursdays. Students are expected
to write their assignments down in their homework folder. I will post some
homework online if possible, however I would like to see my students become
more independent and responsible with school to home work.
Spelling Homework - Each week your student will recieve a spelling homework
list and contract. They will be able to choose from several types of study
techniques to assist them in remembering their words for the test on
Friday. A PreTest will be given on Wednesday and bonus words will be given
to all our students as well.

If would like to your student to have additional homework, one idea is to
look online for "fourth grade work". Many sites offer additional worksheets
and activities for all abilities. Simply do a search under "Fourth grade
worksheets" on Yahoo or Google, this will point you in the right direction.
If you feel your student needs some assistance with homework assignment
(either more challenging work or simplier work), let
me know! I will come up with a plan!!
You will be given advanced notice of any quizzes or special project. On
our "announcement" page, I will be sure to post any upcoming information!
