I can be reached by calling the school office at 925-685-8700. Leave a
message with Mrs. Gatz and I will call you back. I can also be reached at
mrslprince@sbcglobal.net. Please refer to the guidelines for submitting
email.
I will accept the following types of email from you.
1. I will be happy to answer emails requesting dates and times for
special parent-teacher conferences.
2. I will accept emails asking for suggestions such as, “How can I get
my child to do their homework?” or “I notice my child is having trouble with
____. What can I do to help at home?”
3. I will accept email asking general school or classroom questions.
The following messages are best answered in person:
1. Messages that are urgent or need an immediate response. Call the
school office or send a note to school if you need an immediate response.
2. Situations where you are very upset.
3. Questions such as, “How is my child doing in class?”
4. Situations regarding difficulties your child may be having
with other students or over something that has happened in class.
Please call and make an appointment to discuss these situations or request a
conference through email. I will be happy to discuss it with you in person.
I will do my best to answer your email within 24 hours. If I haven't
responded within 48 hours, your message is probably lost in cyperspace.
Please send a note with your child or call the school office.
