How long has Ms. W. been teaching at QAS?

2008-09 school year is her eleventh year here at QAS.
This means her first class are now JUNIORS in COLLEGE!!!

Did Ms. W. always want to be a teacher?

When Ms. W. was a kid she wanted to be a lot of things, probably just 
like you.  It wasn't  until she was in her mid-20's that she decided that teaching was the 
way to go.

When can I use pen????

Usually 4th graders can use pen sometime between January and June.  
Ms.W just suprises you  one day and lets you write in pen.

Why do 4th graders do so much History?

1.  Well, we need to learn about our state this year.  2. If we don't know 
about our past, how can we 
make our future better? 3.  History is one of Ms. W's favorite subjects!

How come we get so much homework?

Because if you didn't, you wouldn't be able to  S T R E T C H    Y O U R    
B R A I N   and be the smartest kid on your block.

Do all classes get to go to John Muir?

All classes will have a field trip to the John Muir National Historic Site.  However, schools are selected 
to participate in the Environmental Learning Program each year, so it is up to chance. We have been 
selected for the past ten years.

Why do I get detention if I have three on my card?
