This will be a very challenging and very rewarding school year. The curriculum is rigorous and standards-based with the goal of preparing for high school, college, and beyond. Homework will be given daily (including weekends) and it is expected to be completed by its due date. No late daily assignments will be accepted (longer assignments that are late will be have points deducted). If absent, the work is due within two days of return. Academic progress can be monitored and reviewed on PowerSchool by using the access codes given in the Jump Start packet. Formal school-wide Progress Reports will be sent home in November and in April. Semester (final) grades will be sent home in February and June. The Dana binder is required in all classes.
