Complete Lessons 1-4 in the Writing Handout. You do not need to complete the application and personal data sheet. 

September 22nd
Homework
1. Read Cha 4 in you book.
2. Complete a secret shopper report by going to a store that caters to mainly female shopper or male shoppers. Go to the opposite of wheat you are (Guys  need to shop a female store, Girls a male store). Make sure you make contact with the sales person and ask questions about the products. If you like you can pretend to be shopping for a boy/girl friend, Mom/dad, etc. Due next Tuesday.
3. Complete Master Application - Due next Tuesday.

September 15, 2009
Homework.
1. Your secret shopper mission: You are to pretend you are going to buy a digital camera. Visit two stores that sell digital cameras. Be sure to ask questions about the camera and see what the employee recomends. Be sure to visit two different chain stores and obtain a business card from each one.
Complete a secret shopper report on each store and turn in with the business card.
This is Due on Tuesday.
2. Start work on your job portfolia, find 5 job listings online, in a newspaper, etc. Bring a printout or copy of the job listing. See job portfolio sheet for details. Due Tuesday

Homework for the weekend.
1. You need to visit one independant business and complete the secret shopper report handed out it class. If you need an extra copy email me and I will send it to you. Due Tuesday.
2. Think about aspects of customer service that you would like to learn more about and we can start to tailor the class to what you want to learn.

I hope you all enjoy the long weekend but don't forget to come back on Tuesday!
Homework:
1. On Tuesday we will have a potluck, bring a dish that is special to you and your family. Be sure to share the dish and explain why it is significant to you.
2. Do something to make someone's life better this weekend. Then write a short paper (about 1.2 a page) on what it was you did.
3. Visit a store and write up your shopping experience. How did the store look? How did you feel walking into it? Did some one great you? Was the staff friendly? Did someone offer to help you? Be sure to stop and ask an employee a question, how was their service?

    2. Click on the Tab “My Account”, Click on “update email” enter you full email address. Make sure “enable messages” is selected or you will not receive class email news and updates from me. Click on “Save Email Information”
    3. Look at the First Homework Assignment and email or call me with the “Code Word”.   You can email me by clicking on the “email Teacher” link at the top of the page.
    4. In the email please include your name and what yo would like your new password to be. If you would like to keep it the same just type "Don't Change"
