Raney Intermediate School
International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program (IBMYP)
2013-2014 Information
Raney Intermediate School offers an exciting honors opportunity for current fifth and sixth grade students. Raney International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program (IBMYP) will be having information meetings in November, December and January in order to inform all qualified families about our exceptional program. During these months, we also will be accepting applications for the 2013-2014 school year. Please note that only one class of sixth grade and one class of seventh grade students.
Qualified students who need to be challenged would benefit greatly from the stimulating learning environments provided by our classrooms. Since the IBMYP is a rigorous, internationally sanctioned honors program for high achieving individuals, it provides unique curriculum opportunities within each subject area unavailable through traditional programs.
The meeting information listed below is for the convenience of parents and students. Attendance to these meetings is not mandatory; rather, the meetings are intended to explain Raney IBMYP to prospective families and answer any questions. Three information meetings are scheduled on different days of the weeks to accommodate family commitments and schedules.
