October 6-10, 2008 Magazine and Cookie Dough orders: Tuesday is the one and only turn-in day. Bring all orders to your first period class. Club News: ASB Club: We will meet Tuesday during lunch in Room 17. Christian Club: We will meet during lunch on Wednesday in Room 46. Guitar Club: We will meet Friday during lunch in Room 3. Detention: Students may make up five citizenship points by attending detention. Detention is held Tuesday 7:50 – 8:50 a.m. in Room 43 and Wednesday 3:20 – 4:40 p.m. in Room 27 Arrive on time and prepared with enough schoolwork for one hour. Boy’s Friendly” Soccer Tournament: Remember, you need to be at the AYSO soccer fields across from the Teen Center Tuesday by 4:00 p.m. to get your T- shirts, rules, and field assignments. Parents can come and cheer also. Support our Teams at the Teen Center: Don’t forget to come cheer our Girl’s Volleyball Teams on Monday and Wednesday nights this week. Remember, there is no school on Thursday, so you should not have homework to get in the way from coming and cheering our teams. You can also come cheer our Boy’s Soccer Team 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday at the AYSO fields across from the Teen Center Regarding locks: Sixth grade students are not permitted to have privately purchased locks, and beginning next year, 6th and 7th grade students will all be required to have Redwood issued locks. If you are a 7th or 8th grade student who has a privately purchased lock, you must register your lock with Mrs. Ashmore or risk having it removed (cut-off) by the school. You need to provide Mrs. Ashmore your lock serial number and combination, or bring her a copy of your key. Reflections Program: You can participate in any or all of the six categories. Official rules and entry forms are available in the office. The turn-in day is Friday, October 24th. Be creative and have fun!!!
