What do I do when I don't feel well and don't have a note from home?

Talk to your teacher before class if possible.  If you don't think you can participate we may send you to see the school nurse.
The school nurse can give you a note for that day.  A note from home will need to follow the next day.

If you think you can participate at a lower level, then dress and let your teacher know how you feel.
Generally, If you are well enough to be at school, then you can participate on some level.
