Algebra Newsflash

We are continuing our study on Factoring Polynomials.  We are exploring factoring patterns and grouping techniques this week. We have learned to play Distributive Property Throw-Down and Factoring Polynomials Throw-Down to help strengthen concepts and just for some quadratic fun.
 
Your memorization of the powers that you were assigned in early September is vital to success in this chapter and for the rest of this year.
 
Portfolio Project #3 & #4 are due in both classes this Friday

Please take the extra worksheets that are available in the classroom to help you practice factoring over Thanksgiving break.
 
Honor's Algebra: 
Chapter 5 exam is Friday, December 4th.
Pursuing Primes Portfolio Project is due Thursday, December 3rd. It was assigned on November 5th.
 
Algebra I:
Chapter 5 exam is Wednesday, December 9th.
Pursuing Primes Portfolio Project is due Tuesday, December 8th. It was assigned on November 9th.
