La Tarea small medium large 5/22/12 martes 7th Grade: Complete workbook pp.69-70 for tomorrow (demonstrative adjectives and direct object pronouns). Read the directions and follow the directions very carefully. Please underline the noun on page 70,before you choose the direct object pronoun. Use your textbook to help you and email me if you have questions. Extra Credit Opportunity: Design a poster to advertise a fictitious clothing store. Write a minimum of 7 sentences using as much chapter vocabulary as possible. Incorporate types of clothes your store sells, the colors available, and the prices you're selling the items for. Remember to name your store and describe what type of store it is (zapateria, almacen, tienda de descuentos, tienda de ropa ). This assignment is due next Tuesday, 5/29 and is worth a quiz grade. In addition to the sentences, please add pictures of the clothes you're describing. You will present the poster on Tuesday as part of a chapter review. 8th Grade: Complete workbook pages 129-130 for tomorrow. Use your textbook to help you. The conjugation for the verb Servir (to serve) is the following: Sirvo,sirves,sirve,servimos,sirven. Make corrections to your rough draft for the skits at a Mexican Restaurant. Please add more sentences. (more than 8 are recommended). You'll be graded on vocabulary,grammar and creativity. TOMORROW is the Last Day to turn in Permission Slips and money. 5/23/12 miercoles 7th Grade: Study your chapter vocabulary, demonstrative adjectives and direct object pronouns. Pick up your poster paper and start working o your extra credit project. (optional,but recommended). 8th Grade: Complete workbook page 131 for tomorrow. Work on your skit. Use your corrected workbook pages and text to help you with sentence structure and ideas for dialogue. 5/24/12 jueves 7th Grade: Work on your extra credit poster, due Tuesday. Review the preterite conjugations for Comprar and Pagar. 8th Grade: Finalize your skit dialogue with your partners. Remember you'll be graded on your sentences for grammar. Reminder, use Me gustaria or quisiera probar...when you are ordering food or drinks. Use pedir in the preterite tense to describe things you ordered. I encourage everyone to write more than the 8 sentence minimum and incorporate most of the chapter vocabulary. The highest grades will be given to those who follow directions,( chapter 12 vocabulary,incorporate the use present and preterite verb conjugations, direct and indirect object pronouns, commands)are creative and use props. This skit is worth a test grade, so please do your best!!! Presentations will begin next Tuesday 5/29. Automatically clean input to optimize for the web.
