Recycling project: Our school did an amazing job recycling
plastic bottles and aluminum cans this year! Income from the recycling project totaled $456.99. Expenses for service projects and supplies for the recycling project totaled $386.67 and then we made a donation to the Water Project in the amount of $19.75. After expenses and the donation, we have $50.57 left. The recycling project has officially ended for this school year. Thank you for being a steward of creation!
First in Math, an online center for practicing math concepts and facts through games and awards, is now being offered to our students. This exciting website is designed to increase computational fluency and improve skills for algebra and higher level math concepts. A letter is being sent home in the Friday Folder explaining how to access the website. Please read over the letter and SAVE your child's unique sign in name and password so that he or she can practice daily! Go online to check out the website and encourage your child to earn virtual reward stickers just for playing math games! This online learning center offers remediation and review for students who are struggling as well as challenge activities for students who are ready for higher level math skills.
