This is my "Home Page".
You can navigate around this site by clicking the buttons on the left side.
"Homework" takes you to the daily posting of homework assignments. These postings will stay here for the entire semester.
"Handouts" is for the Pre-Calc students and it has the solutions to the homework assignments. These will only stay up while we are in the current chapter.
"Grades" will take you to the grade viewing page, and all you have to do is put in your six-digit ID number, your last name, and choose which class you are in. You will see your overall grade, your category grades (tests & quizzes, homework, etc), and the score you got on each assignment so far. You can also see attendance information.
On this page you will also occasionally find an extra-credit assignment, such as the one below.
Mentioned in one of today's classes was the fact that 0! (zero factorial) equals 1.
Do some research and find a reasonable explanation for this fact. Make sure it's reasonable to YOU. As you will find out, it's easy find plenty of "explanations" that are so abstract that they do nothing to enlighten you. You don't want those. When you find one you can understand, rewrite it into your own words and email it ALONG WITH THE SOURCE to me.
