"The purpose of Sanger Academy Charter School is to incorporate a curriculum rich with hands on experimental learning centered on the principles of teaching for successful intelligence. Students will leave our Charter School equipped with extensive knowledge and skills. We strive to challenge the intelligence that students possess through an innovative model grounded on the visual and performing arts. This is accomplished through high expectations and a philosophy that all Sanger Academy students have the right to an excellent education."

 Message from the Principal

California Business for Education Excellence (CBEE) and Just for the Kids-California (JFTK-CA) has named Sanger Academy Charter School to their 2008 Honor Roll as a Star School. Honor Roll schools are named annually from elementary, middle and high schools. Sanger Academy Charter School was one of 214 Star schools recognized in California. Honor Schools are recognized for having demonstrated consistent high student academic achievement and have made significant progress toward closing achievement gaps among all their students. Sanger Academy Charter School was one of the 214 Star schools in California with a significant population of socio-economically disadvantaged students that has shown a significant increase in grade level proficiency and achievement gap reduction over the past four years. Great Job and Congratulations to all of the parents, students and staff at Sanger Academy Charter School!
