Reagan Mission/vision/values/goals for Reagan
Mission: We the Reagan Red Hawk community, are committed to reaching new heights as we soar to academic excellence.
Vision:
We envision that our school will take responsibility for the achievement of all students' academic and personal growth by working as a community to provide an engaging academic envrionment focused on student learning.
Values for Reagan Elementary
1. We will provide a safe classroom that is inviting and engaging, where students feel free to take risks.
2. We will make every effort available to involve parents in the education of their child
3. We will meet on a weekly basis to collaborate about the 4 principals of students learning; how we will teach, assess, remediate and accelerate student learning of state standards.
4. We will remediate behavior that will be positive and inspire students to have a "can do" attitude.
5. We will be a staff with an attitude that embraces change and who are not afraid of trying new things.
6. We will embrace the community of caring values by incorporating them into our daily routines.
7. We will use various strategies to make Reagan a powerful learning community.

1. Strategically align curriculum, instruction, assessment and staff development.
2. Orchestrate and promote a climate of achievement through incentives and celebrations.
3. Actively pursue strong parent and community partnerships.
4. Respond to each student's individual learning needs.
