U.S. History Information

Welcome to United States History. I teach U.S. History periods two, three,
five and six. Period six is about two days behind my other classes, since
the class started a week after my other classes, therefore due dates will
vary for them.

Week of March 9th- Students will take a 1920's exam on Tuesday. On
Wednesday we will start our look at the Great Depression. Students will be
assigned a particular aspect of the Great Depression and asked to research
and finally create a power point presentation to give to the class. Topics
will be distributed on either MOnday or Wednesday. There will be sometime in
class to research, but otherwise this is an at home project.

Week of March 2nd-
We will continue our look at the 1920's this week. We will study the Harlem
Renaissance, review and have a unit exam on Thursday.
I have finallly updated grades. Please review yours and submit any work
within our 1920's unit by Wed. I will not accept any 1920's work after the
exam on Thursday. Furthermore, I am having more and more students submitting
late work, please manage your time and submit your homework on time. As as
reminder, I give you two nights in which to do your homework, I do believe
that is reasonable.
Have a great weekend and see you on Monday. ~Mrs. B
