Dear Parents,

Please help your child fill out this reading log daily. It is very importantthat your child read at least 15-20 minutes four nights per week –Monday – Thursday. They may choose to read on the weekends if they are too busy during the week. Your child does not have to read one book per day; just keep daily track of the chapter book read, number of pages or minutes read that day, the date, and a parent signature. Reading logs will go home every Monday, and they will be due on Friday or the following Monday.
