What's Happening in PE


Spring is here!

JK-3 have been working with the Chinese Jump Ropes - we have learned so many patterns!  Great jumping!  2nd Grade created their own Chinese Jump Rope patterns and 3rd Grade rhymed from A-Z!

2nd and 3rd grades have also been using the frisbees.  We are going to be revisiting some activities from the beginning of the year that involved different ways of travel - skipping, hopping, jumping, galloping, running, sliding, leaping & marching.

4th & 5th Grade have been doing an awesome job playing Ultimate Frisbee!  We have been working on using all of our teammates to reach our goals.  Great job!

6th, 7th & 8th Grade have been participating in lots of activities like hockey, volleyball and Capture the Flag.  We will continue playing volleyball and introduce some new activities like Boomerball and Ultimate Frisbee.  We will also do a couple Big Buddy & Little Buddy PE days!
