Each year our internet projects change
Lucky Charm Project
Each year we count the shapes in a box of Lucky Charms cereal. We come up
with a hypothesis. It is to prove if there was more green clovers than any
other shape. Each student will predict, sort, count, tally, graph, and
eat their way through this fun project.
The final class count was submitted to

THE GREAT EGG ROLL
We used two plastic eggs to learn about measurement and distance. One of
the eggs had pinto beans inside weighing it down. The other egg was
empty. Students took turns rolling (bowling) the eggs to see how far they
will roll. It was a fun way to use our math and science skills.
Finally the students converted the feet to inches. The average roll was

OREO THATS THE WAY THE COOKIE CRUMBLES 2008/09
This year students stacked
the original oreo cookie and counted how many
oreos they were able to stack before the oreos tumbled. Finally we ate our
way through the oreo stack
