Spring has Sprung!!!  

 We will continue improving our reading skills and math computation.  We are working on contractions and improving our comprehension. We are currently focusing on possession and contractions- we have some great projects planned to better understand thse concepts. Our Math focus this month is on patterning and sorting.  We will also begin looking at numbers through 100 using base ten blocks and ones units. In Science we are learning about Weather primarily the water cycle and cloud formations- we have some fun experiments in the next weeks to come! 
   We love being first graders at St. John School!
