How often will Ms. Gentry assign homework?
I will typically assign homework Monday-Thursday except in the case of long
term projects. From time to time homework will be assigned on Fridays as
well. Students tend to regularly have weekend homework in math.

How can I contact Ms. Gentry?
An email icon is located on the website homepage. This provides a direct
link to my school email. I can also be reached using the link on the St.
John school website, or by telephone. My phone number and extension are
located on the "teacher" page. I do typically check my email at least once
over the weekend, so students and parents are welcome to email me over the
weekend.

Will homework be updated daily?
My intention is to update the homework pages daily. Students should,
however, record their homework daily in their planners. They are held
responsible for having assignments completed whether or not an item is
recorded on the website or classroom homework board. This site is menat to
be used as a tool for communication and an "additional" check. Additionally,
all sixth graders are provided with a worksheet to help track their long
term assignments in various classes.

Which assignments are expected to be typed?
I typically expect that all final drafts of writing assignments be typed
unless prior arrangements have been made.
