WELCOME TO ALL OF OUR NEW STUDENTS !!!
WE ARE SO EXCITED TO HAVE YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES JOIN US!
ALSO, WELCOME BACK TO OUR RETURNING STUDENT FAMILY !!!
Summer never seems long enough, but when you miss so many, so much, you need
to get back to working and playing together. So here we are, ready to start a
brand new year. Let's make it a really great one!
The inclusion team this year will again include:
Mrs. Flynn, the Speech Therapist, Tuesdays and Thursdays
Mrs. Perez, the School Counselor, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
and Mrs. Reeder, occupational therapist, and academic support,
is here Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and Tuesday and Thursday
mornings until 8:15.
We now have new locations as so many others do this year :
- Mrs. Reeder will be working out of the previous school music room during
the school day. This will be the day care room after school. Mrs. Flynn and
Mrs. Perez will be using the small inclusion office next to the 8th grade
classroom. If we are not in these rooms we may be in the office or doing
some classroom work. Please ask at the office and leave a message if you
need to reach us.
MISSION OF THE INCLUSION TEAM
The mission of the St. Juliana Falconieri Inclusion Program is to support
students' individual learning styles and special learning needs to reach
their full potential within a Christ-centered and value based setting.
Support and assistance are also offered to the teachers and parents in order
to successfully meet these students' individual needs so that they can
achieve success and gain a feeling of competence in meeting the challenges
of learning.
Ongoing professional education is encouraged and supported by the
administration to assist with the most up to date suggestions for the benefit
of the students, parents, and teachers.
