Dear Parents,
December is a very busy month. We have the Advent Program on Friday December 11th. Students
need to follow the dress code that was passed out in class and to be in their classrooms at 6:30pm so
that we are able to go over to the Parish Hall as a class. It is predicted to rain and will be very cold.
Please remember in choosing outfits that the students will be sitting on the floor in the hall. All girls
need to be careful in their choices of skirt length and tightness.
First and fifth grade will be making Gingerbread houses on Tuesday December 15 th after lunch. This
should be lots of fun and very sticky.
Christmas gifts for charity will be DUE no later than December 14th. Each student is asked to clearly
label each package they bring so that the delivery to families is correct. The gifts need to brought to
school wrapped and addressed to their member of the family.
The fifth grade Christmas party will be on December 18th. 11:15 to 11:45. Each student is to bring a
wrapped book label for a girl or a boy. We have a fun exchange game to do with these.
If I do not see you before the vacation begins I hope you and all your family have a peaceful and
rewarding, blessed Christmas.
See you when school begins on January 4, 2010. Wow Time sure does fly.
