Please note that participation in the Advent Program is REQUIRED, as part of
every student's music and/or drama grade.  

If an emergency or unavoidable event should prevent a student's participation
in the Advent Program, the PARENT MUST NOTIFY MRS. THIELKE IN WRITING (via
email or hand-written note) as soon as possible.  Mrs. Thielke will assign
extra assignments to make up for this important absence.



ADVENT PROGRAM NIGHT 

----------Clothing---------- 
The dress code for Advent Program is SUNDAY BEST!

GIRLS:
* Dresses or skirts to the knee or longer. 
* Fancy dress slacks are acceptable  but NO jeans or sweats are allowed!
* Tops must have modest necklines.  No spaghetti straps or bare shoulders!  
* Midriffs must be covered.
* Shoes must be closed-toed and have a back.  
* Socks, hose or tights are MANDATORY.
* No makeup, dangly jewelry, nail polish or outrageous hairstyles.

BOYS:
* Slacks with a belt - no jeans/sweats!  Cords or school pants are acceptable.
* Collared shirts or sweaters with no logos.  Shirts must be tucked in.
* Dress shoes or your very best casual shoes. 
* Neatly combed hair - no outrageous hairstyles.

Please have all students arrive “IN COSTUME.”


---------- Seating ---------- 
Seating is on a first-come/first-serve basis.  Seats may be saved as early as
5:00pm.  (and no earlier) 


---------- Schedule ---------- 
“CALL TIME” For Students 
All students must arrive in costume to their classrooms no later than 6:30! 

SHOW TIME 
The Advent Program will start promptly at 7:00 pm and should last
approximately an hour.

music and/or drama grade.

SPRING SING NIGHT 

----------Clothing---------- 
T-Shirts have been ordered for all K-7 students for Spring Sing in a specific
color that matches their song.  These t-shirts will be sent home with your
child a few days before the show. 

Please have all students arrive “IN COSTUME” as follows: 
• Their T-shirt 
• Long/Capri Blue Jeans 
• Sneakers/Tennis Shoes 
• No makeup or outrageous hairstyles
• A Big Smile!

DINNER 
As in previous years, families are welcome to arrive on the field early and
eat dinner. 

Those who pre-ordered their dinner through the school will pick up their meal
at the kitchen. There will be a limited supply of onsite purchase available.
