Auction 2009 is in the works. Set aside Feb. 21, 2009 for an elegant evening of fun. Donations All donations must be in by Dec. 1, 2008 in order to avoid a $100.00 assessment(only $50.00 will go toward your minimum). Each grade is assigned items to donate. Of course if you have a "connection" with someone that can get you an item not on your list you can always use that as your donation. (See Auction Themes by Grade) Try to get your item donated. The value still counts toward your commitment. Hours All parents MUST volunteer 5 hours to either the class PTG event or the auction. It can even be be split between the two. Help!! If you don't plan to attend the auction as a guest, remember there are still many ways you can help that evening or before. We need runners (gathers donations for purchaser), people to set up, take down, tend bar, sell tickets, do security, and many more jobs. If that doesn't appeal to you, we have many jobs to be done with organization, getting donations, finding advertising listings, putting things together, etc. Some jobs can be done at home. TICKET SALES Tickets will go on sale in January. Cost will be $40.00 each and include a catered dinner by former alumni Alex Pezzuto of Alex's Catering, desserts made by "The Academy", music and of course the silent and LIVE auctions. Tickets will be $50.00 after Jan.31. You can also requests to sit at a table with friends, class parents, etc. when paying for all the tickets at once. We will do our best to have you sit where and with who you would like.
