Vocabulary: Book Report Schedule 5th Grade Book Report Schedule 1. October 28, 2011 = Fiction. This will be a written report. 2. November 28, 2011= Historical Fiction. This will be a written report. 3. January 6, 2012= Newberry Award. This will be an oral report. 4. February 10, 2012 = African American Biography. This is an oral report and the students must dress, as the main character therefore the report must be given in first person. 5. Apri 23, 2012 = Classic. This report will be an oral presentation and a diorama. 6. May 25, 2012, Mystery. This report will be a free choice. They can do a diorama and an oral presentation, a written report, just an oral presentation, or dress like the character. Please see 5th Grade Handbook for all rubrics. If you have any questions feel free to call me or stop by the classroom. Book Report Form Use this form for your Fiction, Historical Fiction, Classic, and Newbery book report. Do not answer the questions on this paper. You need to answer these questions in you report. Reports must be typed, doubled spaced, and no font larger than 14.
