1st grade and 7th grade are doing the readings Friday, 2/10 at 8:30 Mass.
1st Grade Buddies Gift Exchange:
For Christmas the 7th graders will do an ornament exchange with their 1st grade buddies. The cost should be in the $1 to $5 range. No other gifts are necessary. The exchange will take place on December 22. I would like students to turn their gifts in to me by Monday, December 19: That way I can insure that no 1st grader's feelings will be hurt.

January 17-20, 2012 - we depart school on 1/17 at 8:30am - students come to school at 8:00am as usual
- we depart Headlands on 1/20 at noon and arrive at St. Robert at about 2:30pm
Packets went home 9/30/2011 - include:
- Cover letter
- Emergency Form*
- Required Clothing and Equipment Form
- Student Contract - review with your child
Chaperon Packets went home 10/17 11
*Emergency Form - due ASAP - turn it in right away with or without the fee - make sure to sign both pages of the Emergency Form
Fees are due on or before 12/1/2011 - $310 cash or check made payable to St. Robert School
Chaperon fee - $250
Chaperons will be determined by the end of September
Drivers will be needed to transport to and/or pick up students from Headlands.

Bandana - used as place mat
Backpack/daypack for hiking
Warm clothing
Rain jacket and waterproof pants
Hiking boots - Big 5 has a good selection
1 other pair of shoes
Hat/cap/beanie
Good water bottle
Sleeping bag or blankets/sheets

Pens/pencils/markers (journals provided)
Large Ziploc bag for journal
Towel and toiletries
Flip flops for shower area
Necessary medications/inhalers
Sunscreen
NO CELL PHONES! NO IPODS! NO LAPTOPS/PADS! NO ELECTRONIC GAMES ETC!
(books, magazines, cameras are ok to bring)
CLASS FUND
We are currently collecting $20 per student to cover all class parties for the year. The money should go to me(cash or checks payable to AnnMarie Boylan) and I will pass the money on to room parent AnnMarie Boylan and keep a record of who has paid.
