This is Mrs. Watrous’ seventh year at Sunnyvale Middle School. After a brief
adventure in the biotechnology industry, Mrs. Watrous received her masters in
education at Stanford University. She has experience teaching 6th, 7th, 8th,
9th, and 10th grades. Mrs. Watrous has taught earth science, life science,
general science, advanced biology, AVID, math and home living. This year Mrs.
Watrous is teaching 7th grade science and the 7th grade AVID elective.
Mrs. Watrous enjoys spending family time with her two young boys, Jared and
Brandon, and playing catch with her dog, Deuce.
*Keep Up!! Don’t get behind in your work. Once you are behind, it is very
difficult to catch up.
*Come to class. Avoid unnecessary absences that may increase your chances of
falling behind.
*Ask questions. Always ask questions when you don’t understand something.
*There is no such thing as a stupid question. If you are confused, chances
are, someone else is too.
